Every mother wants to give their daughter the best possible 13th birthday party. Therefore you can imagine the pressure that I felt worrying about giving my soon-to-be 13-year-old daughter a party she would always remember. So I called Heather. Heather has a can-do attitude. Her creativity is off the charts, and she's a bargain hunter, she always comes in UNDER BUDGET! Most importantly, my daughter ADORES her. Sure enough, my daughter's movie night party was a complete hit. Heather transformed our garage into the perfect party room -- complete with a big "screen", popcorn, bins of candy, hanging lights, streamers, and colorful place settings. My annual summer party has gone from backyard BBQ to a full-on production. Every year I try to think of something better than the last—this year I was stumped. My husband always jokes that I should have Heather’s number on speed dial seeing as I utilize All Set practically once a month.
